Tatneft may pay 39.57 rbl/share in dividends for January–September

MOSCOW, Nov 16 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian oil company Tatneft has recommended paying 39.57 rubles per share in dividends for January–September, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The dividends include the 32.71 rubles per share that the company paid for January–June, meaning the payout for July–September will stand at 6.86 rubles per share.

The shareholders are to discuss the recommendation at an extraordinary general meeting on December 22.

For 2021, the company paid 26.5 rubles per share in dividends for January–September and 16.14 rubles per share in final dividends for the year. The combined payout for 2021 reached 42.64 rubles per share or a total of 99.2 billion rubles.

State-controlled holding Svyazinvestneftekhim is the largest shareholder of Tatneft with a stake of 27.23%.
